Robert D Phillips is a photographer living and working in London and Pembrokeshire.

IdeaBox were asked to design and build a website to showcase Robert's work.

The main priority in designing the site was to ensure the photographs remained the key focus. To achieve this, we kept the site navigation and styling as simple as possible, allowing the photographs to stand out.

The thumbnails are kept in place when viewing a photograph to aid navigation within each section, though we reduced the visibility of the thumbnails to keep the focus on the photograph.

Additional navigation is provided by next and previous arrows to allow a user to cycle through the photographs in each section.

The site was built using a CMS to ease the process of updating the content.
